Jones Womens Solution Splitboard

The Jones Solution is a classic and the splitboard scene owes a lot to him. Jeremy Jones is and was one of the famous pro riders of our snowboard time. Even if he only became known to one or the other through his snowboard brand of the same name. His name stands for snowboarding through and through. He recognised the signs of the times and aligned his brand to splitboards in good time and subsequently expanded it every year. The Jones Splitboards have undergone an exciting development. Production started in Tunisia. Currently they are produced by Niedecker/Switzerland which promises a decent quality. It all started with the classic Solution and this classic freeride shape leaves nothing to be desired. Therefore it was obvious to derive the Women from the Solution. It is particularly pleasing that Jones offers the Solution Women in a very broad product range and thus has something for every woman. 

The Solution Women delivers on its promises and is actually easy to turn, playful skiing and still offers full edge hold. We had it with us in 152 for testing on the Hintertux glacier. I'm 160 tall at 56 kg and had a test run that gave all conditions: steep and icy, flatter and grippy, and a bit of ungroomed terrain. I would also choose it in 155, but not shorter than 152 because it really handles very easily in any terrain, giving me the best float and a long edge for the climb. The Solution is a versatile, lightweight all-mountain board that suits many snowboarders.
