For an Spark Warranty application, the following 3 steps are necessary:

Fill out the Support-Spark-Warranty form in your account. As a rule, no parts have to be shipped.
All you need is a meaningful picture ( max 512kb ) of the defect and information about your product. The image is uploaded with the form. Without a picture, the form cannot be sent.
A ticket is created in our system with the information in the form. We report the guarantee to Spark and the company Spark decides about it. All communication runs through this ticket. There you can also always see the status. This usually takes 24 hours. If your warranty claim is accepted, we will automatically send the required part from our warehouse within 2 working days to the address which is stored in your account as the delivery address.
