BRYAN IGUCHI
“The Up-Rise Fenders mixed with Grip-Tech has definitely been the biggest quantum leap for me
as far as technology going into boards, it just changed the way I look at riding and what’s possible.”
ARBOR Iguchi Pro
Abor is for many a Bergiff, the Sowboards stand for approx. 10 years for noble - beautiful - wood optics. The first splitboard was an abacus. Since Arbor has a special shape and compensates for its distinct V-rocker (or parabolic rocker) with bulges in the sidewall, the snowboards produce a hammer lift with surprisingly short length and still carve as if on rails. In the ascent, however, a compromise is made, because here the rocker does not support optimally. As so often - but it goes well enough and you only have advantages in the Ride mode. The Bryan Iguchi doesn't have a Pararbolik rocker but a Parabolik camber - which in turn supports the ascent better without losing any of its turning power. Bryan Iguchi is a snowboard legend - although not so well known in Europe. His own Pro Iguchi Splitboard range bears 100% of his signature.
