The Spark Surge is the most stable Spark binding. It offers stiffness and powerful performance for big mountain riding. The T1 system comes here with a solid baseplate. This provides maximum stability, in which even stronger riders can trust. The highback is slightly stiffer in all directions: to the side as well as to the front or back. Powerful riders get the perfect support here! With wider instep straps for even more support and toe straps that bring the foot really firmly in position for more security at real speed. The new ST Touring Brackets and ST Whammy Bars make this binding even more efficient when touring. With the manufacturing process "Overmolding", plastic is injected over metal parts to achieve the best combination of strength and smoothness.
Voile or Spark Alu pucks are used as the base.

SIZE Adjustment
As you can see, the baseplates are almost identical. But the heel cups are different sizes. One has however at each Spark binding the possibility of this to next larger and to the next smaller binding to adjust. An M is small screwed an XS/S and an XS/S is large screwed a small M etc... Because you can adjust with the Umschrauben of the Heelcups this 2cm. Who has a normal soft boot, for the Sparkbindungen fall out large.
